Thank you to everyone, that came down yesterday to spectate, volunteer and race. Water conditions were ideal all day, which meant some great. Unfortunately a few mechanical demons reared their heads for some drivers but hopefully they will have them all sorted for our next race - which is the Dumbleyung Gold Cup.
The committee has been working very hard with the local community down there and also the various government departments to be able to hold this race. As you maybe aware, it is the 2nd year we are racing down there and would love to have your support and for our community to make a weekend of it.
The lake is an amazing stretch of water of around 12km and is worth a visit. It is also where Sir Donald Campbell set the world water speed record. The town has a replica built by our Commodore on the main street and is an amazing display.
We hope to see you all there!
